Based on the popular anime series, Naruto, the game will let players choose from over 30 playable characters (16 more than the first instalment) from the TV show including Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi and battle on 16 unique stages. New to the game will also be the inclusion of RPG elements which will allow players to earn experience points that enhance character strength, chakra and agility abilities as well as their own special abilities.
Much like its predecessor, the game will also feature a story mode which will take players through several key moments of the anime and a multiplayer Vs. mode that lets you play against a friend or CPU controlled characters. There will also be a massive amount of unlockable material including music, playable characters, movies and more, as well as support from the entire voice cast of the TV show.
