New Shinobi game

PS2 News | Sega have announced the next game in the Shinobi series.

Sega have officially announced the next title in the Shinobi series. To be released in Q3 2003 in the States, currently subtitled 'Kunochi', the game takes place directly after the first PS2 installment and sees Hotsuma wage war on demons and fellow ninjas once again.

New to the mix is a female ninja, Kunoichi, although it is unknown whether she will be a playable character or not.

The game is again in development by Overworks. Shinobi 'Kunochi' will feature an improved combat system and more varied environments including, but not limited to: rooftops, industrial factories, construction sites, moving trains and flying jet planes.
