Lumines coming to PS2

PS2 News | Plus: a Meteos Sequel for DS.
We mentioned yesterday that Lumines 2 for PSP is coming. But it seems Lumines developer Q Entertainment has quite a few projects up its sleeves ready for E3, and we have the scoop.

First up is title-boy, Lumines Plus for PS2. Beyond being a version of Lumines, we have no info on what will differentiate it from the original Lumines, or what the 'plus' of the title constitutes. It has the same US release date as the new PSP version, so perhaps it will have the features of the sequel as well as the original version?

For the DS, Q Entertainment has - wait for it - Meteos: Disney Edition. While some gamers have been swayed recently toward the dark side (Disney) by the recent collaborations with SquareEnix, others of us remember Winnie the Pooh's Rumbly Tumbly Adventure and shudder.

Finally, Q are working on a shooter for PSP called Every Extend Extra, which at this point is looking like a cross between Ikaruga and Geometry Wars - we'll have some screens for that one soon!

News is a bit slow as E3 approaches, but when news does pop up, we'll report it here (Sir yes Sir!).
