100 free Black demos

We were wowed by Black in our hands on preview a couple of weeks ago. Now you have the chance to feel the same. Thanks to EA, PALGN has 100 demos of Black to give away to our readers. We have 50 for the PlayStation 2 and 50 for Xbox.

All discs have now been allocated. We will notify everyone who will be receiving a disc via email. Thank you to all who participated!

To answer the inevitable "why didn't you make it in the evening";

Based on our stats 1pm is our peak time period (probably due to people checking us out while getting bored at work). By putting it at 1pm we maximise the number of people who will benefit.

No 1pm. Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra are all on AEST, so are all 1pm

I though QLD didn't use daylight savings whilst NSW and Vic did so they are in fact an hour behind us.

I doubt that they'd be releasing a Cube version in the first place, so why bother to make a demo for it if it isn't going to be released on it?

technically, that should be AEDST (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time), not AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

anyway, if you're on AEDST, then that makes it 10am for me, if not, then 11am.
that's about the time if get bored of work and come trolling, in case you wonder at your peak time

also, you've quite a substantial typo on the countdown screen. see if you can spot it.

Yeah - I am. Probably Jeremy and David too.

Countdown should actually count down correctly now. It was originally running a little slow. Spelling has also been fixed

Quick questions is this for PC and if it is, is it a downloadable or do you put down your name and get it shipped to you?
