First Da Vinci Code images

PS2 News | Religiously puzzling.
With any best selling book comes a multimillion dollar movie (headed by Ron Howard and the lead role being filled by Tom Hanks), which inturn spawns the inevitable videogame incarnation.

The Da Vinci Code toys with the idea that hidden within the works of Da Vinci are cryptic clues and puzzles to solve that could inevitably shake the foundations of Christianity. There are more than 38.6 million copies of the novel in print and has been translated into over 42 languages.

The Da Vinci Code game is scheduled to be released alongside the movie on the PS2 and Xbox.

i know about the movie, i just never assumed it was the kind of thing to be made into a game. maybe it's just the demographic of the book doesn't seem the gaming type, i don't know.

That's quite interesting. Even with all the who-ha about the book's success, there were still more copies of Super Mario Bros (NES) sold then it. Also Mario 3.

And people say games are an accepted medium.

Back on topic - I'm guessing the game will be about the same quality as the book.

More like poorly written, badly put together drivel. I don't think I've ever yelled 'oh you're kidding me, that's stupid' at any other book while reading it, but I did it at least 20 times with that piece of tripe. The book truly is garbage, in every sense that word can be understood as applying to a written text.
