True Crime: Streets Of LA Busts Out The Stars

PS2 News | Activision spare no expense in the voice acting department.
Inspired by American crime drama and Hong Kong action flicks, True Crime: Streets Of LA puts players in the position of Nick Kang. Kang is a rogue ex-cop with a personal vendetta against the LA underground. However, this vendetta also makes enemies amongst 'force', as well as the underground syndicates he hates so much.

Development is being headed by Luxoflux, the people behind the Vigilante 8 series. The game is attempting to capture a cinematic feel, and crosses over several gaming genres in the process. Expect shoot-outs, car chases and hand to hand combat throughout the game. On top of this, the game claims to accurately recreate the city of LA for you to explore.

The voice acting department has been stocked up to the brim of actors, who have been brought in for their distinctive voiceover talents. They are:

Christopher Walken
Gary Oldman
Michael Madsen
Russell Wong
Michelle Rodriguez
Ron Perlman
CCH Pounder
James Hong
Mako
Keone Young

The game will be released across the Xbox, PS2 and GCN.
