Heh , I have the magazine these were scanned from...there are a few more though icon_eek.gif

Seems to be the worst of the upcoming sequels in the Final Fantasy VII compilation , basically aimed at milking money of the legions of Vincent Valentine fans.

(how could you cash cow my favourite game Sqeenix , I hate you!)

Where is the point of this? How many FF7 fans are still so rabid they would buy anything with that game's name? I would have though Square killed off most FF fans with FF8 (Ha!). It'd be like Nintedno releasing a Mario World spin off, featuring characters from dinasoar island like rex.

XD at the Yojimbo get up, thats just great. Though an honourable mention should go to those who went to the FFXI: Chains of Promathia launch party in full Red Mage AF, complete with feathered hat icon_lol.gif

I know! that was too awesome!

I wonder how they get hold of stuff like that , do you suppose them make it themselves?

Well, i loved FFV for Snes! I mean, who didn't? The anime series started running, after it became highly popular in such a short time, like the rest of the FF series.

icon_eek.gif What has that got to do with the price of eggs?

Anyway , I don't believe many people have experience of FFV on the snes I bought the Japanese version while I was in Akihabara , only cost about 1000 yen.

Are you telling me you have a copy of this too , and a chipped (or imported) Japanese Super Famicon? or did you play the emulator version icon_razz.gif

Needless to say , excellent Final Fantasy that one , and yes , there is an anime series based after it called "Legend of the Crystals" (which is now very rare...

I think he means he played it on the PS1, then again I wouldn't of doubted that he emulated it, wouldn't that mean he broke a law on PalGN? And if correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Npie get fined for something like that earlier this year?

I have played many Japanese imports for Snes including some of the FF series (including FFV) and other games like Fire Emblem. I played these all from one of my game-crazy cousins who has probably packed away his Snes (i should go steal some snes games... icon_shifty.gif )

Since i didn't really understand the games storylines, I decided to play the English version using the Snes emulator. And don't worry Big Pete. I followed the "keep only for one day unless you own the cartridge" rule. But that got so annoying deleting the game and re-downloading it. I kept the save file though.

*NOTE* i never got around to finishing this game but it was sooooooooo fun!!!
*NOTE2* Sandrah would probably agree with me here

Lol,

As I own the cartridge , I then downloaded the rom version and played that.

The PSone version is so rubbish in comparism , slow battle loading times , scrunched buffering , ropey soundtrack and effects and hideour FMVs which just shouldnt have been there.

Same goes for FF6 , although they did manage to make a decent-ish conversion of FF4 to PSone.

That 24-hour rule is a lie which has spread all over the internet.
Unless you own the original cartridge it is illegal to download a ROM for any length of time at all. icon_kero.gif

You probably should let the mods decide for themselves... unless it's blatant spamming or something as obvious as that, encouraging a fine like that isn't too friendly. icon_kero.gif

He dosn't act friendly to my other friends so why should I show him friendship?

I just think we suspended one person and we fined Npie. Lets be consistent and do it to him as well.
