Also included with the double CD is a separate DVD containing 'The Introduction', a cinematic prologue to Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas which will not be available anywhere else. The DVD tells the full story of the events that led to CJ returning to San Andreas. This will be reason enough for Grand Theft Auto fans to pick up the package.

As for the eight CD box set, each of the disks will replicate one of the in-game radio stations in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The tracks will feature a number of artists ranging from contemporary west coast and classic east coast hip-hop, funk, rare groove, new jack swing and contemporary soul, alternative rock, classic rock, reggae and country, which will ensure everyone with a taste of music they like (Almost, anyway - Ed). Since the game is set in the early 1990’s, the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas soundtrack will feature a large variety of tracks spanning from the music during this particularly influential period in American music and culture.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas promises to be one of the must own titles for the year and will no doubt make it’s presence felt once it hits PAL regions from October 29th.

Be sure to stay tuned to PALGN as we gear up to deliver more news on the rest of the soundtrack and a full-blown review on the game in the coming weeks.
