As for the eight CD box set, each of the disks will replicate one of the in-game radio stations in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The tracks will feature a number of artists ranging from contemporary west coast and classic east coast hip-hop, funk, rare groove, new jack swing and contemporary soul, alternative rock, classic rock, reggae and country, which will ensure everyone with a taste of music they like (Almost, anyway - Ed). Since the game is set in the early 1990βs, the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas soundtrack will feature a large variety of tracks spanning from the music during this particularly influential period in American music and culture.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas promises to be one of the must own titles for the year and will no doubt make itβs presence felt once it hits PAL regions from October 29th.
Be sure to stay tuned to PALGN as we gear up to deliver more news on the rest of the soundtrack and a full-blown review on the game in the coming weeks.
