Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness screens

PS2 News | Eidios reveal new screens of video gaming's hottest action heroine in Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness.
Lara Croft’s new adventure will bring her to the darkest areas in the world as she is now a fugitive on the run for the accused murder of her old mentor, Werner Von Croy. It’s now your job to pursue and defeat this sinister Alchemist from the past, and the secret alliance of powerful individuals shrouded in mystery. This won’t be an easy task for our lovely video-game heroin.

The newly released screens from the almost complete version of the game show off similarities of a Metal Gear Solid type gameplay, as you will sneak into enemy bases to uncover relevant information on this alliance. Like all Tomb Raider games the game will contain hundreds of mind-killing puzzles, and once again she’ll don several different outfits, including her tank top and tight blue shorts which is a good ol' favorite among fans.

The game is scheduled for a release on April 25th 2003 on the Playstation 2 and PC for all PAL regions.

These pictures remind me of Splinter Cell. I've never been a great fan of the Tomb Raider games, this one looks cool though. icon_biggrin.gif
