Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts beta winners notified

PC Competition | You're in good company.
Yesterday, we ran a snap competition for anyone wanting to participate in the upcoming Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts beta. We had 100 codes to give away, to the first 100 readers who got their names in. If you were indeed one of the first 100, you will be receiving a beta activation code in your inbox, shortly.

The beta has now begun, so our winners can begin straight away. In the beta, players will be able to check out six news maps and take control of one of four different armies. In the final version of Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts, players will have two new campaigns to tackle as well as a host of other game additions.

We'd like to thank THQ and Relic for the prizes, and for those quick enough to get in and grab a code, let us know about the game in our forums. If you want to know what the fuss is all about, check out our review of the original Company of Heroes. Just a hint, it's pretty damn good.

Pity I just got Capped. T_T

How long is this BETA going for?

Does anyone know how big the download is? I got in, but with my internet, I may not be able to download it without getting capped, and we are at the beginning of our months downloads tomorrow, so everyone would be pretty angry if I got us capped for the whole month.<

Shame when I entered I thought this would be a 360 game, I have a thread in PC games though trying to find what I can do with it

hmm interesting, I didnt even need to use the code to get a beta key. Just signed up and it offered me a beta code and didnt have to use the password emailed to me.

Now Im waiting in the public queue to download, as Im not going to pay to download it straight away.

edit

So I used the code now and I now have 2 actual keys. So if someone missed out on the beta and would like to play then I can pass on a beta key to you.

Its started downloading for me now and its 2.0gb. Since Im nearly my cap limit it'll probably cap me out until midnight when the new month and download limit comes back.

Won it also, however my Dual Core is still being repaired. >_<

When does the beta close? Cos i wont be able to download it until the 10th September. I have used 10 of my 12gig monthly limit!!

Well it looks like I won't be downloading it because we are on 2 gig plan. Oh well it doesn't really matter to much because my computer wouldn't have run it the best anyway. Anyone who missed out let me know and I will pm you the code.

Wow...
I won as well, but luckily it's the start of my DL session. It's a 2gb dl, plus another 4 patches which total ~350 together.

I've got a friend who *might* be interested, if he is I'll let one of you know, cheers.
