Lost Planet PC patch coming July 20th

PC News | Xbox 360 map packs to be made available free too.
According to Pro-G Lost Planet: Extreme Condition PC fans are sure to have a good day on July the 20th. An auto download patch will be released for the game on July 20th which will contain a few fixes.

Firstly the update will include new view modes, including a Resident Evil 4 style view and a new Wide View. The multiplayer mode will also be updated and a movie mode should allow players to watch the in game story sequences back-to-back. There will also be new characters added to the game, including Frank West from Dead Rising and Mega Man. Map Pack One which includes Radar Field, Island 902, Hive Complex and Trial Point will also be released.

Xbox 360 owners aren't left completely in the cold (get it? You see it's because.... forget it, nevermind), and Map Pack One and Two will also be offered to console Lost Planet owners, free of charge from July 20th. A new patch which will address connectivity problems for Xbox 360 owners should also be out shortly.

A shame ive heard it's a total letdown in gameplay; not to mention that it suffers from Attack of the Shoddy-Half Assed 360 Port syndrome.
