New BioShock video released

PC News | Moist and spooky.
A new video teaser of BioShock has popped up on Eurogamer. The 60 second video shows off the gorgeously damp art deco environments of the game, along with a few glimpses of various creatures being vaguely creepy and unpleasant.

There's not much in the video that you won't have seen before but, because it's BioShock, it's so darn pretty that it's worth a look - just try not to think about what kind of PC you'll need to run it.

BioShock is due for release on August 24th on PC and Xbox 360. We should have some more coverage of the game from the GO3 expo, later this week. To view the teaser, click the above link.

Nothing new in that video really, but it still looks fancy as all get out. I have to stop watching videos of Bioshock, they fill me with the urge to start dry-humping inanimate objects.
I think I'll need to invest in a pair of brown trousers before Bioshock is released... icon_razz.gif

oMG i've been waiting for more footage on this game. I can't friggin wait! Rapture to me looks like one of the most exciting/immersive environments in a video game EVER!! Absolutely dripping with atmosphere (pun intended yadda yadda).

It's so cool that a game with atmosphere and setting like this is being made.

It's hard to explain but for me, I'd want something crazy like this to be made, but expect it to not materialize - but there it is icon_razz.gif

Very very very desirable. If I'm getting stranded on a tropical island I want to be washed on shore with this game & a good PC to play it on.

Wow - and whats this? a crate containing Crysis, UT3, Quake Wars, Hellgate, Spore... and maybe a dozen or so more games laying next to these two girls... and pallet of beer. Did I meantion that the two poor girls where mute?

The little sisters? They're a rich source of Adam, that's why! (Adam being the 'currency' of the game)

Go check out some previews, or better yet some of the videos where the director is doing a walk through explaining different aspects of the game. Seriously good stuff.

Looking like a great game, with a stunning environment. Whenever I see this I can't help but think that the artists have draw inspiration from Jules Vern's 20 000 leagues under the sea, which is fine by me! This might not be the case, but the environment looks like what I would picture the book in my mind.

I'm with you man, pun or no pun. The atmosphere of this game alone is absolutely going to blow us away, let alone everything else that comes with it. The world or Rapture is going to be unbelievable. Easily my most anticipated 360 game of the year, easily.
