Company of Heroes patched to 1.5

PC News | Maps, units, multiplayer and sound get tweaked.

The latest patch for Company of Heroes has been released. The update includes one new map and one updated map, improved multiplayer lobby and functionality, modifications to sound (e.g. the addition of destruction sounds to various world objects) and a whole lot of unit tweaks.

The new map, Beaux Lowlands, is for 2 players and promises countryside fisticuffs swinging around a bridge situated roughly in the middle of the map. The pre-existing Lyon, previously only a 2 player map, has been upgraded to accomodate up to 4 players.

The easiest way to get version 1.5 is to simply fire up CoH, hop in to multiplayer and wait for the 50MB patch to automatically download. It's also popping up all over the web, so you should have no trouble getting your hands on it.
