E3 2006: World of Warcraft gets new race

PC News | Draenei set to become playable.
Forthcoming World of Warcraft expansion pack The Burning Crusade is to feature the Draenei, a new Alliance race. The Draenei are a race that descends from the Eredar, and stand at about the same height as the Tauren. They hail from Draenor, the setting for much of The Burning Crusade and a planet they share begrudgingly with orcs and ogres; indeed, their strong hatred of the orcs should ensure there'll be plenty of scrapping in the The Burning Crusade. Anyway, with my paper-thin knowledge of WoW rapidly becoming apparent, time for a picture:

Some Draenei, yesterday.

Some Draenei, yesterday.
