Pre E3 2006: F.E.A.R. extracts expansion

PC News | First expansion due later this year.
Vivendi Games has today announced the first expansion pack for the critically acclaimed first-person shooter F.E.A.R, which is planned to be released later this year.

Entitled F.E.A.R Extraction Point, the game picks-up where the original had ended. Alma is now free, and the First Encounter Assault Recon (That acronym still makes no sense - Ed) team must pick-up where they first left-off in fighting her and her minions across an abolished city.

Developed by TimeGate Studio in conjunction with Monolith Productions, F.E.A.R. Extraction Point will feature an array of new locations, weapons and enemies to keep the action up-to-scratch with the original.

Gamers will get a first look at the title at next week’s E3 expo.
