'Some have asked about an expansion and what it might hold,' squawked lead producer Shane Dabiri, writing on the World of Warcraft website. 'I wanted to let players know that it is in the works, and we’ll release details as soon as we can.'
And, with the game clocking up its two millionth paying subscriber last week, it looks as though there'll be no shortage of interest in more paid expansion content. As Paul Sams, head honcho over at Blizzard, said last week, 'I think that all of us would be naïve to think that we wouldn't do that.'
