Battlefield 3 DLC to debut next month

PC News | This is one return you won't want to miss.
With the recently released Battlefield 3 ringing up sales the world over, it comes as no surprise that developer DICE has announced that the first pack of DLC for the title is just around the corner.

'Back to Karkand' will feature four maps from Battlefield 2, remade in the splendour that is the game's shiny new Frostbite 2 engine. DICE have confirmed that Gulf of Oman, Shargi Peninsula, Strike at Karkand, and Wake Island will all be included in the bundle.

Aside from the new maps, Back to Karkand will also contain Conquest Assault, as well as 10 new weapons and 3 new vehicles to create mayhem with.

So far, no hard release date for the expansion pack has been set. But due to a Sony deal, we do know that PS3 users will get the content one week before the rest of us... lucky devils.

Bobcat. Although I'm not sure thats a brand, the name of it or both.

I dont think someone was driving it. Hard to tell. Perhaps it is like the trucks and cars in Armoured Fury, just there for fun.
