The Crysis 2 1.9 patch, along with the DirectX 11 upgrade and high resolution textures upgrade, are now available to download. Before installing the two upgrades, players must upgrade to the 1.9 patch. Those who own Crysis 2 on digital services (Steam, Origin, etc) should have the game update automatically. Those who own a retail copy of Crysis 2 will need to download the patch manually. It can be found here, along with both of the upgrade packs. Once the patch is applied, all versions will need to download the upgrade packages and install them separately. They can both be found on the previous link, or the MyCrysis homepage.
Too bad my PC could never handle it, but it's nice to dream!
