The Weekend Steam - 18/6/11

PC News | F.E.A.R. the savings.
This weekend is bringing the F.E.A.R. with the Steam Weekend Deal chopping the prices by 50% on the entire range of F.E.A.R. titles - just in time for the release of the next game in the series, F.E.A.R. 3. Bargain savvy gamers will be able to pick up a copy of the F.E.A.R. Collection which packs in both the original F.E.A.R. and its follow up F.E.A.R. 2, as well as all of the downloadable content for both titles for the paltry sum of AU $18.80.

After spending some time with F.E.A.R. 2, the PALGN team managed to come out from hiding under the bed to give our impressions on the game which we believe is "... a solid shooter with enough scares for die-hard horror/shooter fans to relish." You can read our review of the game in full here... if you dare.

Probably got changed to regional prices. Same thing happened to the Witcher 2. Started off at a beautiful ~$40ish but it then got changed to the Australian release which bumped it up to a nasty $70.

That's why you should also pick up Deus Ex now before it gets bumped.
