The Weekend Steam - 23/4/11

PC News | The Easter Bunny goes Metro.
The digital cupboard at the Steam Store is quite empty this weekend - which is no surprise given that many of us are completely enthralled by the offerings of Portal 2. But for those of you looking for a distraction from Portal 2 or looking to purchase a last minute gift or two, there are a few choice bargains to be had.

The Weekend Deal is focused on the dark, moody world of Metro 2033 - which can be picked up at 50% of its regular price. The PALGN team had some serious time with the title upon its release, and while it fell flat and the world was a bit disjointed at times, we found Metro 2033 to be "a unique and unforgettable experience". Those of you interested in reading our perception of the game can check out our review of it here.
