Portal 2 'Rat Man' comic revealed

PC News | I...am RAT MAN!
"We dont want to game...we want to DRAW!", is what we at PALGN imagine Newell and co have recently yelled from the rooftop of Valve HQ. They did it once with Left 4 Dead 2 and it looks like they're going to do it all over again, announcing a special Portal 2 themed comic.

To be published over at IGN, the 'Rat Man' comic will follow the mysterious character of the same name, who fans of Portal will remember from the disillusioned scrawling of a madman littering many hidden nooks throughout the game.

Developed entirely in-house at Valve by the people who are making the game, the comic aims to bridge the sizable time gap between Portal and Portal 2, somewhat explaining how Chell got into her current state and what happened to Aperture Science. No doubt the comic will also tie into round 2 of Valve's devious ARG, of which is currently exploding minds with its cross-title puzzles.

Part 1 of the Portal 2 'Rat Man' comic will go up on Friday, with Part 2 arriving at a later date.
