OH HELL YES.

Did that look like there was a driving segment in there?

Also **** yes that looks awesome.

It did indeed, Benza. With shooting stuff. In a shuttle.

... OK, given Bioware's record with vehicle sections, that should worry me more than it does. Don't care. THIS LOOKS AWESOME. WOOOO.

(Section in caps to be read in a voice approximating Kyle Gass's performance in Brutal Legend.)

I've been saving up all the DLC so I can do another full playthrough including the new content, seamlessly. Can't wait!

Looks fantastic, looking forward to it!

Good stuff!! I'm gonna get all the DLCs but not play them until a month or two before ME3 is released, then do one monster trilogy playthrough!!

Hopefully after all this help, Liara will pay out again.

YES! Just... Oh God!

That looks like Feron from the Redemption comics in the torture bed thing, so I'm hoping there'll be more references in there. The comics weren't actually... any good at all, but it'd be great to have a bossfight with Tazzik at some point. He's a giant Salarian mercenary and that might actually be him with the kinetic shields in the trailer, although I'd expect him to be way bigger.

Also, Shepard's flying a hover car! And is that Aria T'Loak he's teaming up with or a new Asari?

It's Liara from the first game. And yes that deffintly did look like Feron.

Completly forgot about Tazzik, that will be awesome to see. Although I'm a little worried since no aliens have actually had a differnt body model yet.

There's a spoiler in the video that most people wont spot, and is hard to spot unless you're looking for it.

So err, dont go analysing it. Kay?

(Its not the Shadow Broker's identity, thankfully)

Yeah, now that I look at it I think it is just Liara in a combat suit. I'm sure I heard Aria's voice, though. She says "Dangerous enemy, huh?" and "Somebody tried to kill your friend Commander Shepard". Although they probably wouldn't get Carrie Anne Moss back for a DLC pack, so maybe I'm just imagining things.

That's what I'm thinking. They probably won't go to the trouble of making a whole new character model for him, so maybe they'll just differentiate him by having his shields up.

@ Jarrod I think i know what you are talking about and i wasn't even looking for it, but i doubt i would have spotted it, if i hadn't have gone full screen. (Hell we might be thinking about something completely different but i won't spoil). I do know that this is a VERY interesting turn of events and very exciting to see if past choices made in the start of ME2 will impact this DLC greatly...

A spoiler for the DLC or for ME2?
So, I've ordered ME1 and ME2 from the UK, got a decent price and now have to wait for delivery. I've heard the DLC for ME1 is pretty lack lustre, so I won't be bothering with that.. but will play through the first one as a means of getting the full prequel to ME2 and having my own developed "Sheppard" to load into ME2.

My question is, when I am ready to play ME2, should I get all the ME2 DLC and then play it.. or play it without the DLC and then add the DLC? For most games this would be purely personal prefernce.. but for ME.. it seems like it would impact the game in more ways than normal...

To be honest the DLC is probably its own self contained story. If it were me I would play it after completing ME2. Also, the first DLC for ME1 is pretty good.

I'd reccomend getting the first DLC for ME1, Bringing Down the Sky. It was pretty fun and introduced a new alien race the Batarians.

Get it before hand. The end of ME2 leaves it really weird if you're going to then go do the DLC.

The DLC for ME2 started out pretty average (Firewalker), then slowly made its way to pretty damn good (Overlord).

If these trends continue...eyyy!

to be fair Overlord was free icon_razz.gif

Just did the Kasumi mission and it was awesome.

I've been playing a bit of ME1 as well, wow since there was such a gap between playing the first one and the second one I never noticed just how much better ME 2 is.

After just playing through Overlord, I'm really hoping they've gotten the voice actors for your squad mates back for this cause it just seemed weird having Garrus and Grunt completly silent.

GamesRadar has put up a mini review/preview of the pack, and confirm no voice acting for squadmates.

Its annoying, but I really dont expect BioWare to do it. As the preview states, roping in 13 voice actors to record minimal dialogue would be a lot of money and time better spent elsewhere.

Y'know, on reflection, I do have to ask: Couldn't they have just gotten Tali and [BLANK]'s voice actors back? Nobody is going to pick anyone else, surely. icon_wink.gif

man I hate tali... seriously she's a creepily dogmatic and I really don't see the appeal.

Wait was this out today?
