Test Drive Unlimited 2 locks in a release date

PC News | Get burnt out this September.

Eurogamer has today posted the latest Namco Bandai Partners release calendar, which has locked in the racing title Test Drive Unlimited 2 for release this September.

According to the calendar, Test Drive Unlimited 2 will be burning rubber across all three platforms (PC PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360) on 24 September. So far there is no hard confirmation whether this release date will extend to our shores, but past instances suggest that we will received the same release as out other PAL cousins.

Sweet. The first game was pretty awesome, no doubt this will wipe the floor with the original though. I'm more confident in this series' future than the NFS one, much as Shift was a good step in the right directon. Hopefully the new Hot Pursuit will mean we have two good ones again.
