Functioning much like an MMO-lite, the title is targeted at creating a safe online environment for children and families to live their Star Wars dreams, allowing them to participate in a number of adventures, mini-games and social events.
Such mini-games and adventures will include speeder bike racing, droid programming, space battles, and lightsaber duels. A full cast of iconic Star Wars characters will make an appearance, including Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda, and players will be able to create and style their own force wielding hero along with their own lightsaber.
If that's not enough to satisfy, there's an included card game, and a trophy room to show off achievements to all your friends.
Though free to play, there will be DLC content packs available to purchase, and players can upgrade to a paid monthly membership for even more content.
