This weekend the Weekend Steam deal brings us not one, but three bargain deals. First up is the island dictator title Tropico 3 which is on sale until Monday for the low price of USD $13.60 / AUD $15.38 / GBP £10.20, giving gamers a saving of 66% off the regular retail price. Also available this weekend are the Freedom Force: Freedom Pack and X-COM: Complete Pack which are both available for a steal at USD $2.00 / AUD $2.26 / GBP £2.00. The Freedom Pack gives gamers copies of both Freedom Force and Freedom Force vs. the Third Reich, while the X-COM: Complete Pack contains five titles for less than a cup of coffee with X-COM: Apocalypse, X-COM: Enforcer, X-COM: Interceptor, X-COM: Terror from the Deep and X-COM: UFO Defense all bundled together.

Tropico 3 is a management simulation title which givers gamers the chance to become the dictator of a remote tropical island during the Cold War. Players can choose to rule their island with an iron fist or show their soft and gentle side in order to develop their tiny island nation into a successful tourist haven or an industrial power.

Ahhh if only I hadn't just bought Psychonauts. Tropico 3 remains on my "to-buy" list, but I have such an epic back-log at the moment I feel I could just wait until it's on sale again down the line.
