The listed release date of March 1, 2009 suggests that the game - which is titled Tales of Valor is an expansion rather than a full blown sequel to the series, as Relic is currently hard at work putting together the next title in their popular sci-fi RTS series Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 2, which is due to arrive in early 2009.
The listing for Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor also lists a US price point which is identical to that of the previous Company of Heroes expansion Opposing Fronts, again making it seem more likely that it is another expansion.
At this time neither THQ or Relic has offered an official comment on the rumour.
