Smash Bros Brawl goes gold?

Wii News | The Japanese version, at least.
A thread on SmashBoards indicates that the Japanese version of Nintendo's highly anticipated and oft-delayed Wii game Super Smash Bros. Brawl is finished, and is being manufactured for distribution. The thread features an image of the Japanese version's box, including the text 'Now printing'. This has been taken as an indication that the game has been finalised and should be released within a month. What this means for the timing of the localised release is unknown, though it is promising.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl is the third in an unconventional fighting game series for up to four players. It features at least 23 characters from a variety of franchises, including Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid, Sonic, Kirby, Fox from Star Fox and Samus from the Metroid series. It will be the first in the series to feature Wi-Fi support, meaning it's capable of online play.

PAL Brawl to go gold at start of February, final release date is March 2009 due to forseen delays in translating it to Polish-Arabic, a language used by a total of 6 people on a desolate island in the Northern Ocean.

No they will delay it due to it having the word spastic only for us to be left with a wii bricking glitch icon_razz.gif .

Well that means Megaman is cut 100% which is sad. Would have loved to have seen the blue bomber in there.

We'll get Brawl in March/April. It won't be a Super Paper Mario wait I'm betting.

Just as a side note not that many people care but if you remember we got Strikers a month or so ahead of the US/Japan.

One 2nd rate title does not substitute for waiting for practically everything else months longer.

Can't wait to play Fox though, its sad that Ive heard nothing of Lombardi or Wolf, but Fox is good enough for me icon_smile.gif
