Virtual Console updated

Wii News | A Mega update...
Despite the early arrival of Pokemon Snap, Nintendo has once again updated the Australian Virtual Console. This week sees the release of the NES title Mega Man 2 for 500 points, and the Neo Geo game Top Hunter Roddy and Cathy, for 900 points.

Originally released in 1989, Mega Man 2 is set one year after its predecessor and sees the return of Dr. Wily, who seeks revenge for his previous defeat by Mega Man. The game features eight more Robot Masters to defeat.

The second game, Top Hunter Roddy and Cathy, is a side scrolling platform game which was released in 1994. Players can assume the role of either Roddy or Cathy and travel across different themed worlds including fire, ice and forest. Players can also pick up weapons and switch between two horizontal planes.

megaman 2, that's a must download, and one of very, very few nes games i actually ended up beating.

Megaman 2 is the bomb. I started playing it and got addicted. The music, oh the music. Awesome.

Megaman 2. I love that game.

Hopefully we'll see Megaman 3 in the near future.
