Sin and Punishment coming to PAL Virtual Console
Wii News | Confirmed by the OLFC in Australia.

It began with the PC Engine (Turbografx) game Battle Lode Runner being released outside Japan for the first time on the VC. Later, Turbografx games were released in Australia, where the console had never before seen the light of day. And now, many retro fans dreams have come true - the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC) has updated their website, and it reveals that the previously Japan-only Nintendo 64 classic Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Earth has been rated 'M' for release in Australia. The game was submitted for rating by Nintendo themselves, and has already been released on the Japanese VC.
Created by renowned software house Treasure, Sin and Punishment is considered by many to be one of the N64's best games, and is certainly one of the best to not be released outside the console's native land. Featuring very impressive graphics for the system, many fans wondered why it was never released on the original hardware, given most of the game is already in English.
We've no idea when exactly the game will hit the download service, but we'll keep you updated on any new information about the game's release.
