LGC 07: Cruis'n images revealed

Wii News | We're told it is a Wii game.
Midway has sent through some images today of a racing game they tell us is coming to the Wii titled Cruis'n. We're sure the Wii is possible of rendering more than a few cars on the track at once though, so it's a little disappointing that these screenshots are less than flattering.

Cruis'n is a continuation of the Cruis'n franchise. The game will feature twelve different street circuits and the ability to pimp up your car with neons. Wii functionality will feature in the game, but Midway hasn't revealed exactly how just yet.

The 'Cruisin' titles were never visual powerhouses, but those screenshots look like they were taken from a PSP game.

Maybe they're going for the oldschool N64 look.

The old-school N64 look was due to hardware limitations rather than a lack of design skill, though. (zing)

This is the worst looking game I've seen on the Wii.

Honestly, someone would think that the Wii is selling worse than the Virtual Boy or something with the efforst 3rd parties are making.

I mean, it's not like the Wii is the fastest selling home console of all time or anything.
