Ghost Squad images released

Wii News | 8 new screens for your spooky pleasure.
SEGA has released eight new screens of their upcoming "on-rails" shooter Ghost Squad for the Wii, a port of the popular arcade classic.

In the game, you are part of the Global Humanitarian-Operation and Special Tactics Squad (Ghost Squad), a team consisting of the world's top military personnel who have been sent to stop the increasing amount of terrorist threats. The Wii version of the game will feature several exclusive features including training, 4 player multiplayer and arcade modes, as well as utilising the Wii remote to rescue hostages and simulate 25 weapons such as machine guns, pistols and a crossbow.

Although it was originally thought as being released just before Christmas, new reports are suggesting we'll have to wait until early 2008. We'll report back once new information becomes available.

this game looks pretty good, and would be perfectly suited to the wii (in my opinion). My only concern is the length of the game.

A gun attachment for the wiimote would seal the deal.

It looks crap. But the simple game play will appeal to Wii owners.
