E3 2006: First Super Monkey Ball Wii screenshots

Wii News | Who would’ve thought that balls and Wii would go together so well?
Sega’s innovative franchise featuring monkeys and balls is making a return and this time hitting Nintendo’s new home console, the Wii.

Entitled Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, the latest adventure for Aiai and gang will see the monkeys once again trapped inside their giant hamster-balls rolling around collecting bananas against the clock. The game will include an array of new features including several new multiplayer modes such as Ring Toss and Whack-a-Mole, as well as new controller features that utilise the Wii’s controller, such as jumping when flicking the controller upwards.

We’ve got the first screenshots showing off the mischief the little monkeys will be getting into via our media panel – be sure to check them out.

Not much to say about this one. The last two Super Monkey Ball games have been great, so I'm definitely gonna be buying the Wii iteration. icon_smile.gif
