E3 2006: Trauma Center for Wii confirmed

Wii News | Slice and dice like it's House's day off!
The DS version hasn't even been released in Australia yet (although it just came out in the UK), but Atlus is already hard at work on a Wii based sequel to Trauma Center: Under the Knife. It's been rumoured for weeks, but now we finally have confirmation of the game's existence, as well as it's full title: Trauma Center: Second Opinion. Second Opinion will no doubt continue the ER-inspired adventures of Dr. Stiles, and the applications of the Wii controller for Surgery-like motions are obvious. Between slicing arteries, applying Antibiotic gel and hitting on cute Anime nurses, we're sure Trauma Center will be just what the doctor ordered as a showcase for the Wii-mote's functions.

There are not many details available yet, but apparently Nintendo are making a big deal of the game and it will be shown at their Tuesday pre-E3 conference, so watch this space for more info. STAT!

Now this I may buy, assuming it'll be a lot more detailed and graphic than the DS version. icon_razz.gif

The developer better make the difficulty more balance. If the difficulty is as hard as the DS version, then it is difinitely a miss (consider the fact a remote is harder to control than a stylus)
