The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and Super Mario 3D Land dated

Wii News | Upwards and onwards.
Aussie Nintendo gamers have no doubt been waiting for official local release dates of the publisher's final 2011 titles, given that the rest of the world seems to know theirs. To throw us a bone, Nintendo Australia has today confirmed confirmed the release dates for two of the three major end-of-year expected titles.

First we have The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. The official website has been updated to reveal the game (standard and limited edition) will be available for purchase and pick-up on 24 November. Meanwhile Super Mario 3D Land for the Nintendo 3DS been confirmed for the exact same day, 24 November appearing on it's official website.

With these two games locked in, all that is left is Mario Kart 7 for the Nintendo 3DS, which will be out in the United States and Europe by the end of the year. While we wait for confirmation of that date, why not check out our The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword hands-on preview? Make sure to look out for a Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land previews very soon.

I really hope Nintendo port this over to the next console of theirs. I'm not buying another wii.

Their next console is backwards compatible, brah.

I kinda wished they'd pushed it back to early next year.

I don't understand.

If you can't play it this year, then, you know, just buy it next year. It'll likely be cheaper then anyway.

Stay off the internet then. Its cool, someone can come up with some sort of script to write nonsense and post it every 10 minutes, nobody will realise you're gone. icon_razz.gif

What is this garbage i am reading, the script would have to post every 4 minutes.

What the hell! Delay all the rest of the FPS games and leave Zelda alone!!!!

Fuck the FPS games, but they're pushing the same month as Saints Row 3 and Assassins Creed Revelations, my two favorite gaming franchises in recent memory, also Skyrim too I guess.

Don't forget Uncharted, Benza. That releases in November, too.

Man, November is packed. Can't some of these games release in October?
shit I totally did forget uncharted. Man that says something about the obscene amount of games coming out that I completely forgot the sequel to what in my opinion one of the most amazing games of this gen.
