Gaming news outlets Andriasang and Siliconera have shared a ton of Dragon Quest X: Rise of the Five Tribes info, leaving gamers who are hungry for the latest fantasy foray with a better idea of what to expect.
It's reported that Dragon Quest X will have a massive story, beginning with the player changing from a human into a being from one of the five tribes mentioned in the game's subtitle. Interestingly, it's said that the game will have a definite ending and final boss as well. It looks like the game will offer hundreds of hours of play, including a number of quests for each race/tribe.
To tie in with typical game elements, Dragon Quest X's hub world will feature an inn, which players can rest at. It is also home to a concierge, who will give you information about various game events. Also expect to see a market, which you display your wares at to make a bit of coin. House customisation was also teased, but not discussed in great detail. Last but not least, it looks like there will be a post office at which you can send letters and items to friends.
Expect to see Dragon Quest X on the Wii and Wii U sometime next year.
