This information comes as a lawsuit was filed against Factor 5 by ex-employees who are seeking unpaid wages. Allegedly, Factor 5 fraudulently transferred assets to a company named Blue Harvest before declaring bankruptcy so that they could avoid paying employees.
"We allege in the suit that Factor 5 and its three founders fraudulently transferred assets, including source code and other intellectual property to Blue Harvest, which is now known as White Harvest," James Smith, a lawyer representing the employees, told Marinij.com.
Apparently the lawsuit contains a list of 69 claims for unpaid wages totalling over $900,000, as well as allegations that former Factor 5 operators own and manage White Harvest.
