Ubisoft worked with Nintendo to concoct the camera, though it is currently unknown exactly how the camera will be branded. It will watch the player and advise them of how well they are performing the exercises, giving pointers on how they can improve.
"The development of the new camera for the Wii and our Body Tracking technology means that Your Shape will offer an interactive experience that is a technological breakthrough in gaming, as well as in the fitness category," stated Yves Guillemot, Ubisoft CEO. "Ubisoft's continuing efforts to innovate allow us to offer players a more realistic, personalized and motivating method of working out to reach their fitness goals."
It's not the first camera we've seen during E3. Last night, Microsoft announced it's 3D motion-sensing camera, codenamed Project Natal.
