Ghostbusters game gets dated

Wii News | Busting ghosts on your favourite platform this Winter.
Although previously leaked by a Sony Pictures press release yesterday, Atari has today confirmed that the Ghostbusters videogame will launch alongside the Blu-ray release of the original Ghostbusters movie this June.

North American gamers will get their hands on the game from June 16, while the rest of the world will have to wait a few extra days before cracking open the title's ghost busting delights.

For Aussie gamers, this means that Ghostbusters will be coming to a PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, and Nintendo DS near you on June 19.

Surely they should port to the PSP as well. I like light hearted games on the run. Enjoyed Secrect Agent Clank and Ratchet on my recent camping trip when there was a bit of rain.

For those of us without a console, you can relax.

Although I think this game will be average at best, I'll most likely still get drawn into purchasing it. It's great that Ghostbusters is coming onto Blu-Ray as well. I have also heard there could possibly be a 3rd Ghostbusters movie being made.
