POTW: Do you still Wii Fit?

Wii Feature | Gathering dust, or toning our abs?
With E3 approaching, we thought it was about time to look back to past E3 experiments. It was almost one year ago now that Nintendo's greatest experiment, Wii Fit, was announced by Shigeru Miyamoto, and now, two months after release, we want to know if you still use it?

So, get those feet off the balance board and make your voice heard here. We've included many different options for frequency of use, and even a 'I don't own Wii Fit' for those of you who simply must participate in our poll every week. You can also keep an eye on the results as they come in via this link.

We'll report back in a week as to Wii Fit's powers of longevity - and by extension, your fitness levels. PALGN readers - are you flabby or toned?

I mean to do it more often, but I don't really get a chance until the weekend.

I've used it almost half an hour a day - every day since I got it.
Except lately I've been doing ten minutes a day. It still hurts.. icon_sad.gif

Also, I've only had it one month (not two) - so I guess in one
month's time Wii Fit and I might break up.

I've only used it at a friend's place every so often but when I buy my own version I will be using it every day.

I was a little disappointed that there was no option between every day and once a week.

I thought about Occassionally, but what does that actually mean?

Personally I use it every 2nd or 3rd day.

I've been doing 30 min a day, and although I've not actually lost weight I've now got awesome big muscles that I've never had before icon_biggrin.gif. My fat has also noticiably decreased which is good too icon_smile.gif.

I am currently alternating - I go to gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and do at least an hour of WiiFit every other day. I am slowly (very slowly) losing weight, but I my muscles are developing, especially my stomach and arm muscles. I can also do the pec flexing thing, which is entirely horrific.

why do you keep putting "I don't own..." or "i'm not planning on buying..." options?

i mean, i get that it gets people involved, but surely the answers you want to know are those who are actually affected by the question. just seems a little odd to stack surveys in this manner, since i'd think that almost always the "not own" option will win.

Definitely looking that way, Obs. I guess it's the trial and error method kicking in, as I didn't think it would get as many responses as it has.

I still havn't actually purchased. We havn't been able to get any stock at work, which makes it hard.

I weigh myself just about every morning still but I haven't been doing the exercises I'm just walking lots and eating better

It gets people involved, and when it comes to results it would still be possible to do a pie graph (now who doesn't love those) of respondents who own Wii Fit to get the same outcome you're after.

I did at the start, for a month and lost 3 kil's over 3 weeks and then i made excuses and stepped away.. I want to get back but i would really like it if it allowed me to make a routine so i am not wasting time choosing what to do next.

If they bought out an update/ put it in wiifit 2, that would rock.
