Guinness World Records: The Videogame makes the books

Wii News | Play the record books.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have sent through word that they're getting together Guinness World Records: The Videogame for release later this year. The game will be for the Nintendo Wii and DS.

The game, developed by TT Games (known for their Lego titles), will offer players "quick-fire action challenges" centred around reliving, or besting current Guinness records, such as growing the longest fingernails ever seen, or eating a jumbo jet. Additionally, players can upload their best scores - with the leaders being featured in the Guinness World Records book itself.

We'll let you know if any high review scores will be broken by this game closer to release.

Traveller's Tales have an impressive track record. It looks like they're so sure if their prowess they've decided to pick obscure concepts to make winning titles out of. I guess if my team were that talented, I would be too!

I bet at the office they were rock paper scissoring to see whether they should make Guiness Book of Records or Lego F-r-i-e-n-d-s.

You know what? I bet they'd pull it off too! icon_wink.gif
