Brawl out on June 27th in Europe

Wii News | So when will Australia get the game?
Nintendo Europe has officially confirmed that Super Smash Bros Brawl will be released in Europe on June the 27th.

This follows months of speculation about the PAL release date for the game, which was released in February in America. Nintendo Australia still hasn't confirmed a release date for the title, but now that a European release date for the game has been confirmed, Nintendo Australia's confirmation can't be far off.

for all of this long, LONG delays...

Nintendo fails at a worldwide launch which they should have done with Brawl in the first place!!! I mean, instead they give us Mario Kart for the Wii 3 days earlier than the US release but it's still a joke however you look at it.

Rockstar and Konami have managed to pull it off, but for some damn reason, Nintendo (one of the greatest gaming companies that saved the video gaming industry since in the 80's) have failed in this department for an massive anticipated game that everyone wants to get their hands on...

^Clearly you have forgotten about the Eldees delay. Mind you, Nintendo are making millions off of Wii, you'd think that'd put a little of that money towards bring games out in PAL regions closer to their American/Japanese counterparts.

I heard Nintendo sends their PAL iso's to their publishers through a Telegraph line, number by number.

Dissapointing. I was hoping for early June.

They better add some cool stuff in the PAL release.

Er, you might wanna look up your Konami release dates, Konami games have seen some of the worst delays of any company's games in recent years, including major delays for every Metal Gear title released. If you give them a pass because of one not yet released game allegedly making a worldwide release (Metal Gear Solid 4) then no-one can be claimed to be at fault for anything.

Wow so glad I imported ~2 weeks ago. Still, wonder what they'll change, if anything.

Hah! Still no release date for us. Looks like it's time to import AGAIN! from the UK this time. This is just utterly hilarious. I know Nintendo said well Europe can have MArio Kart and Wii Fit before Brawl and vice versa for the US. But who are they kidding... Mario Kart is out in the US this week and Wii Fit a couple of weeks after that. Pathetic.
