Online Play Confirmed For We Love Golf!

Wii News | Multi-player golf coming your way.
In an interview with Nintendo Power, We Love Golf! developer Camelotspoke about online play in its upcoming sports game.

While Japanese gamers have missed out, Camelot has confirmed that the European and North American versions of We Love Golf! will contain new content - the most important being an online component which will allow you to face-off against other virtual golfers from around the world. When you win, that player's face will get added to your score sheet allowing you to keep tabs on your online 'kills'.

As well as multi-player functionality, We Love Golf! will also feature "support for multiple languages" as well as tweaked graphics, enhancements to swing speed and a host of new characters to choose from.

I love how we need an article for each wii game that has multiplayer hahah. It should be standard people standard! On topic i will be getting this game because it looks very fun. Anyone wants a game let us know.

^ Yeah it's quite funny. Oh well, Nintendo has a pretty simple online system, "Pay and Play" games will have more of a robust system. (Animal Crossing?, Monter Hunter 3?) Even though paying for online is stupid (don't give me the better service BS). So online is a big deal for games on Wii.

Back on subject, I was always gonna get this game, it's Mario Golf without Mario, who wouldn't want a piece of that. At least we aren't getting gimped - online, new characters, tweaked graphics, tweaked controls - it's all good. icon_smile.gif
