June 6 for European version of Brawl

Wiiz.fr is reporting that Super Smash Bros Brawl which was released earlier this month in Japan and will be out next month in America, will be out in Europe on June the 6th.

Apparently Nintendo Europe made the announcement at the Micromania Games Awards. Nintendo Australia still has not revealed a release date for the Australian edition of the game, we'll let you know when they do.

UPDATE: Speaking to VideoGamer.com, Nintendo UK quashed the suggested release date, saying: "This is a rumour and purely speculative. Nintendo is yet to confirm any release dates for Smash Bros."

Poor effort if it's true.Having a 360 has spoiled me a bit with the small gap between countries release dates but 6 months to bring it here just shows Nintendo dont give a crap.

"Small gap" is not spoiling, its indifference and a large corporation treating you like anyone else. Nintendo is discriminating against non-americans <_<

But if that was the case you wouldn't buy a Wii until it was released anyway, would you? If you still don't buy a Wii after that, it's not worth the boycott. I'd rather just play the damn game.
