BOOM BLOX detailed

Wii News | It's Steven Spielberg's Wii title by the way.
Years ago it was revealed that EA had teamed up with Steven Spielberg to release several titles. Then, at GDC 2007 we were reminded of the deal and finally at E3 last year EA spilled the first details on the Wii exclusive PQRS, which has since been renamed too Boom Blox, a much better name if you ask us.

Boom Blox is a wacky title where players use the Wii remote to cause strategic damage in levels such as Tiki-Tower-Topple and Medieval Mayhem. The game will include over 300 levels and is set for release in May, 2008. Players will be able to use several different blox characters as well as make any level themselves and then share it via WiiConnect24. It seems a bit like LittleBigPlanet too us, just a little more simplistic, and more destruction based. First images can be found in the media panel.
