Pop not coming to retail stores

Wii News | Still on track for Wii Ware.

Last week we reported on the rumour that the Australian developed puzzle title Pop was coming to retail stores.

We're pleased to reveal that this is an error on the behalf of retailers nationwide. The developer of Pop has today confirmed for us that the game is still on track and set for release exclusively on the Wii Ware service.

We'll have more information on Pop shortly, so stay tuned.

Hooray!!! Although it wouldnt hurt Nnooo to release it on as many formats as possible, I suppose at the same time they have an exclusive agreement with Nintendo. Im sure being a flagship WiiWare title warrants tons of exposure unto itself also.

i just love the developers name,
back on topic, i wonder how well the game would sell in retail stores cause the cost would be up from printing it to a disc and packaging etc.
