V8 Supercars 3: Create & Race winners announced

DS News | Race to the finish.

A few weeks ago we ran a competition to win one of five copies of V8 Supercars 3: Create & Race. All our entrants had to do was to go to Atari's V8 Supercars 3: Create and Race website and grab the answer the following question: How many real-world circuits are featured in V8 Supercars 3: Create & Race?. Then, with the answer in hand, head over to the competition entry page and put in the answer and then tell us in 25 words or less "If you could create and race anywhere you wanted, where would it be?".

Well, we're pleased to announce the winners of the competition are:

Zackary S, QLD
A faster route to work. That way I would be able to sleep in and still not be late.

Nikola S, NSW
In microscopic size, drivers race around on Shigeru Miyamoto. But honestly, it's just an opportunity to see what the hell is going on at Nintendo.

Jacob K, NSW
Create and race souped up pensioner buggies in a race to the death thru the local centrelink office.

Jason T, NSW
Saturn. Obviously need "different" cars. Race through/on the rings, then the planet, through dust and ice storms, limited visibility etc.

Our lucky forum member, Dare, has also won a copy of the game through our auction system. We'd like to extend our thanks to Atari for the prizes and they'll be with you shortly.

Oh, so that's why I got a copy of V8 Supercars 3: Create & Race on the Nintendo DS in the mail today. I thought it was due to all my moves I was putting on my Atari rep at work.

I hope she still likes me.
