Thats great - but are they bringing the event only pokemon with them this time? Its false advertsing saying we can collect them all if they aren't available -- isn't it??

Also..Pokemon will have only been out for 9 days by the time this rolls around..it's going to make for some pretty **** battles...unless you have the American copy..of course *ninja eyes*

Nice. icon_smile.gif I've been tossing up whether to go or not since I won't have the game, but maybe I will, and if I do, I'll drop in and say hi! I could most likely make it on Monday. The connection tours are usually fun, the two I went to last year were great. Anyone else from Vic interested in going?

I'll be at the weekend ones for sure, and definetly during my break I'll be down there. That said, wonder how much break time I could get..Hehehe.

Not allowing Pokemon whose levels exceed 50 sucks! ut if such Pokemon had their level reduced to 50 by the rules, then that would be okay. But that isn't the case with this, is it?

Anyone going to the Brisbane ones? I'm not sure yet, but I may go if enough peoiple from here do.

i'll be going to the one at chatswood and btw isnt the level restriction for over 50? So u can have a team of level 50's or is it L.v49 max?
I'd like to know something, if anyone knows.

Will Pokemon who are greater than level 50 be automatically banned, or will they have their level reduced to 50?

How much would entry be? I am going to go to the very first one or second. Both a 30-60 hour drive.

To clear this up once and for all, the event is free (as they always have been and will hopefully remain).

Apparently according to Serebii.net, you can get Darkrai, Shaymin and Arceus from events: http://www.serebii.net/games/events.shtml

Quote
Once you obtain the item Members Pass at a Nintendo event, Go to Canalave City and you will be able to access the Motel which has previously been locked. Go there for a night's sleep and you will be disturbed by Darkrai in your sleep. When you wake up, a Diary will be there which contains Darkrai's location. Go to the Sailor at the bottom of the city and he will take you there.

When you get to the island, you can go up and battle Darkrai. It is at Lv. 40

After you go to the Nintendo Event that is giving away Shaymin, you will receive the item called: Oak's Letter. With this item in your bag, go to the White Rock in Route 224. You will notice that the Route has been extended. Now as an extra long route, the Flower Elysium, all the way to the top right of the map, you must travel it all the way.

At the end, in a flower filled field, you will find Shaymin awaiting you. It is at Lv. 30

Once you go to the Nintendo Event, you will receive the item called: Azure Flute. With this item in your bag, go to the Spear Pillar in Mt Coronet where you battled Dialga or Palkia. Go to the symbol between the pillars and use the Azure Flute. Some stairs will appear that will go up to the Hall of Origin. Here Arceus resides.

Be warned as it is the highest level Wild Pokémon at Lv. 80 so be prepared
Does anyone have confirmation that you can receive: Members Pass, Oak's Letter and Azure Flute from the DS Connection Tour '07?
