Sonic Rush Adventure on the way?

DS News | New trademark suggests so.
According to Sonic enthusiast website Sonic Stadium, one of their message board members has discovered a new trademark filed by SEGA early this month for a game called Sonic Rush Adventure. When questioned about the trademark however, SEGA failed to provide relative information about its existence.

It has been suggested by various sources that the trademark is a sequel to the popular DS game, Sonic Rush. Whether or not the game will be a DS or multiplatform title is debatable; it is worth noting that companies regularly file new trademarks, and more often than not the project never sees the light of day.

We'll keep you updated as more information becomes available. A print screen of the trademark can be viewed here.

I wasn't a big fan of Sonic rush, to much like the advance games plus too many bottemless pits. I dont really care weather or not the graphics are up to par with the Mega Drive ones, but the feel is not there.

Sorry but it just doesn't feel like Sonic anymore.

What I find amusing is that companies need to file so many trademarks that are similar to ones they already have under their belt.

Sega already owns the trademarks for Sonic Rush and Sonic Adventure, but they still need another for Sonic Rush Adventure?

Still, you can see why. I remember seeing a budget racing game on the Playstation entitled Supersonic Racers, which one might be forgiven for thinking was a sequel to Sonic R... especially when the latter's theme song contains the words "Everybody's Super Sonic Racing!"

EDIT: ^ What he said.

That theme was so corny but so cool at the same time. I didn't mind Sonic R in short bursts

Sonic Rush Adventure?

I reckon Sonic Rush was one of the best Sonic games i've played, apart from the whole character of Cream and so forth as they deserve to be shot imo icon_twisted.gif, soo very annoying
read as: hasn't played many Sonic games, but liked that one

If the game's anything like the Sonic Adventure game on Dreamcast that means this game is gonna be great also yeah?

I'm skeptical, I didn't like Sonic Rush, so they better not soil the name of the awesome Adventure games with this effort.

I really liked Sonic Rush, I couldn't stand the Adventure games, so I guess I'm of an opposite stance to Admeister though my overall opinion is the same.
