As we already know, the story revolves around Jonathan Morris and Charlotte Orlean, a vampire hunter and magician girl. They're out to thwart the diabolic plans of a vampire by the name of "Brauner" and his (or her) twin daughters, Loretta and Stella, whose aim is to restore Dracula's castle. For whatever reason, the game is set during World War II, and Brauner, who is also a painter, creates the eponymous portraits that serve as portals to different parts of the world. Players will be visiting places that range from London to the Egytian desert.
However, most of the game will still take place in the castle and will be larger than the one in Dawn of Sorrow. There will also be an expansion in terms of cinematics and presentation. Interestingly, the game will no longer use the touch screen for seals but it will still have a map and info on the top screen, and play on the bottom screen. A slight compensation is meant to come in the form of a new Wifi mode, but at the moment nothing is known about that.
The game is still scheduled for a November release. We'll bring you more as it becomes available to us.
