Famitsu Magazine (The Japanese gaming magazine that seems to find everything out before anyone else) has broken the news that Sega are hard at work on Super Monkey Ball DS (for, believe it or not, the Nintendo DS).
The game will feature all the action on the top screen, and a depiction of the monkey in a ball you're rolling around will accompany the bottom screen (though perhaps a map would have been a better idea?). There are going to be over one hundred new maps, comprised of a mixture of new and old (with some maps appearing for possibly for the fourth time, so we hope it's majority new).
There will be six party games, which promise to utilise the Nintendo DS's touch screen. The game is likely to premiere at the Tokyo Game Show next week, so we'll have the first images as they arise.
